Tuesday marks the winter solstice (and superstar celebrity customer, Hugh's birthday!)

It's the shortest day (by sunlight hours) of the year. Now this raises some serious questions about

Vitamin D. Are we getting enough? Where do we get it from? What's the government doing about it? Would Vitamin D be our preferred PM?

Andrew seems to think that Vitamin D can be found in red wine & Guinness; Nathan believes it's only found be found in coffee; and Kat swears it's bountiful in chocolate! So what food would you like Vitamin D to be plentiful in - and what food do you rely on to get you through winter?
