We just heard that two New York jail guards are in trouble after an inmate stepped in to break up their fight over food. Erie County Undersheriff Mark Wipperman says
both corrections officers have been suspended with pay after an incident he describes as an ''embarrassment''.
Now this either tells us that:
- The US prison system is working exceptionally well & rehabilitating inmates with new skills
- Prison food is fantastic
- Or prison food is so bad, one guard wanted to save his colleague's life by preventing him from eating it
