'Tis the week before Christmas and all through the house...you can hear the sound of vacuuming and Bono playing Strauss...So you can see why we're in the food industry - not poetry! We think this week's menu has some poetic moments though.

Either way we're excited in the lead up to Christmas. Thanks to Carol, Frank and Donna for your great suggestions on preparing our baked salmon for Christmas lunch.

We're looking forward to catching up with family and friends, a bit of time out and maybe even trying out some new recipes. (A bit of quality couch time will also be in store to offset the TLC our garden desparately needs!)
