So why happy or late? Well this post is over a day late. And we're sorry - really! But we've come home happy after a short break in Broome. So here's a

1. We caught up with friends travelling around Australia (in caravan & campervan). 4 adults + 7 kids. We flew.
2. Swimming on Cable Beach 
3. Coffee & brekky at the Arlie Bar
4. Beer at Matso's
5. Sunsets (with Charddy & Fish n Chips) on the beach

Not a bad way to break up the winter. But be warned. Both families are on their way to Perth. If you happen to see a school-aged child (or 7) doing dishes at Food for Me over the next few weeks, don't worry. They're on 'work experience.'
